The Loft is a 400 capacity room located in the shadows of the state capitol. Located just two miles from Michigan State University, the Loft is dedicated to original music and cool concepts. Acts such as AWOL Nation, As I Lay Dying, Lindsey Stirling, Foxy Shazam, Mutemath, GRiZ, Neon Trees and The Wombats have all graced the stage.
The Distorted Waltz is bringing it’s talents from Bay City to the Capital City! The band was formed in 2007, with influences from The Police to Soundgarden, producing an unforgettable sound for all indie lovers alike.

Pretty Lights co-founder Michal Menert will headline The Loft this September! In 2010, Menert left Pretty Lights to begin a solo project under his own name, kicking off his career with four solo albums and 2013′s EP titled “Elements.”
